Yoga practice will be adapted for all levels so do not worry if you are a complete beginner!
The classes will be based on Hatha Yoga and the following practices will be undertaken: Asanas (Physical Movements), Pranayama (Breathing practices), Meditation (Stilling and calming of the mind & inner self) and Relax (Mindfulness, body relaxation practises).
